We are happy to share with you that we have been working with the pure essential oils and natural products of Young Living Oils for some time now.
These are proven therapeutic grade oils that contain the totality of the essence of the plants the oils are derived from following a strict organic process from Seed to Seal®. This makes a big difference to the effects the oils have on us.

Apart from using them in our therapies, we use Young Living oils in our life with astounding results and effects. 
Our home-made toothpaste with virgin coconut oil and soda bicarbonate also contains drops of peppermint, thyme, myrrh and eucalyptus essential oils. Enriched with these oils, this toothpaste has kept the dentist away since the day we started using it.

We also take some of our favourite essential oil blends like EndoFlex and Longevity orally - by putting 2 drops of the oil into an empty gelatine capsule and filling it up with clear coconut oil or another clear organic oil of your choice. EndoFlex works wonders to keep the female hormones in balance, and Longevity makes your skin look youthful.

We diffuse the oils in our diffuser-ioniser from Young Living in our living space from where the oils enter our bloodstream through the skin and the nose. It is very helpful at keeping one in the mood for love. Essential oils like orange and lemon have been known to uplift mood and have a great rapport with people struggling with depression. You can put a drop of orange or lemon oil in a glass of water and enjoy a refreshing drink too!
There are blends that can help you with feeling emotionally safe and supported (Inner Child, Grounding, Forgiveness essential oils blends). 

The purity of the essential oils produced by Young Living make them suitable for children and even babies. Future moms can also benefit from the amazing powers of the oils. The Gentle Baby blend is designed specifically for mothers and babies and help soothe and nurture. 
I use the oils in base of shea butter, rose water etc. and create creams that are super potent and healing for adults and children alike. 

I could go on and on about the many ways you can improve the quality of your life using essential oils on many pages but I will be posting more articles on the use and benefits of essential oils. 
I have been using the herb oils with great success in my culinary creations too. It only takes a drop of basil or rosemary essential oil to get the strong taste and aroma in complementing your dish.
